FULL EVENT DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT
Event design is a collaborative, comprehensive planning experience where we work together from start to finish to create your spectacular day. This includes logistics such as venue recommendations, vendor consultations, menu planning, and budget management as well as design decisions such as stationery selection, floral concepts, and every last detail. Complete event management allows for the couple to be actively involved in every stage of the planning process without being consumed by the details and deadlines.
PARTIAL PLANNING
The Partial Planning package is an intermediate option between Full Event Design and Month of Coordination. Partial Planning includes everything in the Month of Coordination package plus additional meetings of the brides choosing. This is especially helpful for the bride who wants assistance narrowing down ideas and creating a cohesive design concept. These meetings are dictated by the couples’ specific needs and can cover anything from décor selection to seating chart organization to DIY project ideas and so much more.
MONTH OF COORDINATION
The Coordination package includes final planning assistance and complete day-of event management. We will begin meeting a month prior to the wedding to discuss all of the details, décor, and vendors. From there, AM Events will finalize the details, coordinate the entire wedding weekend, run the rehearsal, and implement the vision and planning of the bride and groom. Month of Coordination allows for the bride and groom to fully experience and enjoy their wedding day!
